Envelope Manager’s Internet-based FASTforward move updating process is an option available to 32-bit Envelope Manager users. It’s a unique, online method of comparing the names/addresses in your database with those listed in the U.S. Postal Service "Change of Address" (COA) files. The process checks to see if any of the people in your address list have instructed the USPS to forward their mail to a new address--a change of address record is added to the USPS database when a mailer submits a "Change of Address" card to a USPS office.
