ZIP-Station®
ZIP-Stations are the PCs that Envelope Manager® and DAZzle® access for ZIP+4 verification.
The majority of modem-based ZIP-Stations are actually run by U.S. Postal Service offices that have purchased our
ZIP-Station software.
Some of the ZIP-Stations are limited to 100 addresses per phone call (you may redial) so as to avoid competition
with vendors who may offer ZIP+4 verification services for large mailers' lists.
ZIP-Stations can also be a corporate and campus solution for those needing access to the ZIP+4 database for a
large number of simultaneous users within their LAN, WAN or Intranet. You can also provide private access to users via modem. IPX/SPX or TCP/IP protocols
available.
While you are always welcome to use our World Wide Web ZIP-Station, if your user community is large enough, you may wish to install
your own. The advantages of having your own ZIP-Station are:
The Intranet ZIP-Station consists of a 32-bit application which runs as an NT service. You can run this on an NT server or NT
workstation. Also included is a subscription to the AMS CD-ROM ZIP+4 lookup software.
