Important Note:
Telephone support is free for AlphaMailer, Envelope Manager PAVE, Envelope Manager LE, DAZzle Express, or DAZzle Designer customers who have purchased the current year's upgrade. There is a $25 charge per incident for technical support via telephone for all others. There is no charge for email or fax technical support for all customers. If this is an urgent matter, we recommend that you do not contact us via email as there is a one to two business-day turnaround time for email requests.

Finally, we will be better able to help you if you supply us with the following information:

  1. Your version and serial number. (You can find this by going to the Help|About menu option.)
  2. The exact text of any error messages you may be receiving. This is especially helpful to us if you have a sporadic problem that we may not be able to duplicate over the phone.
  3. The specific steps you take to get to the error message, including the last screen you were at when the error comes up.
  4. What troubleshooting, if any, you have already tried.
  5. If this is a procedural issue, a detailed description of what you are trying to accomplish.
