ACT! can be customized to include a button on the button bar to launch DAZzle and display a menu of choices for using DAZzle with ACT!. To add this button to your ACT! button bar, follow these steps.

First, create a macro to launch DAZzle:

1. In ACT!, press Alt+F5 (or select Edit|Macro|Record Macro on the menu).
2. Type in the macro name: DAZzle
3. Type in the description: Launch DAZzle for ACT!
4. In the Mouse list box, select: Ignore Mouse.
5. Click on the Record button.
6. Press Alt+F (to bring up the File Menu - do not use the mouse).
7. Press L (for launch - again do not use the mouse).
8. Type in the command line: c:\dazzle\dazzle.exe -act.
   Note: Your command may be different if you installed DAZzle Plus in a directory other than C:\DAZZLE. If you did use another directory, simply replace C:\DAZZLE in the above command with the directory that contains the DAZzle Plus program.
9. Press the Tab key three times (until the OK button is selected) and press Enter.
10. After pressing Enter, you should see DAZzle Plus pop-up with a window displaying the four DAZzle Plus for ACT! choices.

Now add a button to your button bar to run the macro.

1. In ACT!, select Edit|Preferences on the menu.
2. Select Custom Icons in the Modify box.
3. Select an Icon of your choice in Additional Icons box.
4. Click on the Add button below the Additional Icons box.
5. Select the macro DAZZLE in the list of macros and click on the OK button.
6. Click on the OK button in the Preferences box.
