What does the error "The POSTNET barcode does not fit on your mailpiece..." mean?

1. Make sure your label is at least 3.35 inches wide. Delivery Point Barcodes are roughly 3 inches wide and require at least 1/8 inch space on either side. Avery 5160 and 5260 labels, for example, are too narrow.
2. Click on the main address and drag it around your label, envelope, postcard, etc. Drag it away from the edges so that the whole barcode is visible on your layout.

Tip: If you're doing bulk mailing, you want delivery point barcodes with standard spacing. You may need to buy new labels.
