What does Error 3170 in DAZzle Express mean?

Error ISAM 3170 means some data access filters are missing (or corrupt) from Microsoft Office. Follow the steps below to restore these filters.

1. Quit Word and all Office Applications, including the Office shortcut bar.
2. Click the Windows Start menu, choose Settings and then Control Panel.
3. Click Add/Remove Programs.
4. Under the Install/Uninstall tab, double-click on Microsoft Excel 97. It will probably ask you for the Office 97 CD or the Excel CD.
5. Choose Custom Install (or Add/Remove)
6. Turn on everything under the "Data Access" category.
7. Click OK or Continue until Setup has completed successfully.
