This message appears at the print tray or sack labels screen. Most of the time the confusion arises when customers do not print their tray or sack labels at the end of the presort process and then export to a temporary database. While we recommend that you export to a database at the end of a presort, you need to open up the original database where you performed the presort and then choose File|Print|Tray or sack labels (presort generated).
