The answer to this question is almost always "no". Those endorsement lines belong only on mailpieces being shipped at Enhanced Carrier Route Automation or Enhanced Carrier Route Line of Travel rate.
Inside DAZzle, under the barcode button, you should set the Carrier Route to Do Not Print. DAZzle does not do the presorting required to qualify mail for those rates, so DAZzle users can’t use that feature unless a PAVE certified program has presorted the mailing.
Even Envelope Manager users should set the Carrier Route in DAZzle to Do Not Print. Envelope Manager’s Optional Endorsement Line feature is a much more accurate way to make sure that "AUTOCR" and/or "ECRLOT" are printed only on the pieces that qualify for Enhanced Carrier Route rates. At the end of your presort, export your mail in tray order and turn on the Optional Endorsement Line for carrier route mailings.
